I have over 5 years of experience in Technical Support, Networking and Systems Administration on Microsoft and Cisco based technologies.
Work Experience
June 2008 - present: Imanami Corporation USA.
Working at Imanami Corporation as Team Lead - Technical Support.
Imanami Corporation is a USA based Microsoft Gold Certified Partner company. Imanami develops software for management of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server.
The customer base of Imanami is in USA, which is more than 200 in number.
Most of the customers are large-sized corporations like Goldman Sachs, Ericsson,
Department of Homeland Security of USA, IBM Canada, FedEx, BAE Systems, NEC, Orange, CNET besides many more.
Job responsibilities:

Monitor and manage a team of technical support
engineers.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by Imanami’s
customers through telephone, email and live meetings.
- Create virtual environments based on Windows
Server 2003/2008 Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010 and
replicate customer’s issues in these environments.
- Test Imanami’s software and report issues as bug
reports to the software team.
- Write knowledge base articles related to
Imanami’s software.
- Co-ordinate with software developers for fixing
software issues reported by customers.
- Create monthly performance reports of individual
support team members.
- Creating of customer specific environments in
virtual environments and intensive testing of Imanami software on different
scenarios of Active Directory and Exchange.
From May, 2006 to May, 2008:
Worked as Network/System Engineer at Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB).
