With over three years of diverse experience and a CCNA certification, I want to work in a Windows and CISCO based environment in a role that involves diverse technical responsibilities.

Work Experience

Current Job:

Working at Imanami Corporation as Technical Support Engineer. Imanami Corporation is a USA based Microsoft Gold Certified Partner company. Imanami develops software for management of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server. The customer base of Imanami is in USA, which is more than 200 in number. Most of the customers are large-sized corporations and organizations like like Goldman Sachs, Ericsson, Department of Homeland Security of USA, IBM Canada, FedEx, BAE Systems, NEC, Orange, CNET amongst many more.

My primary responsibility is to provide technical support to customers through telephone and E-mail.

From May, 2006 to May, 2008:

Worked as Network/System Engineer in Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). Job responsibilities included the following:

Installation and troubleshooting of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 systems.
Installation and troubleshooting of Wireless Routers.
Installation and configuration of Radio 802.1b/g/n based wireless Devices.
Configuration of CISCO and Switches.
Supervision of Data Entry personnel.
